Currently, our training courses require Flash. Flash is a technology platform that allows for rich content like videos, sound, images to be delivered over the Internet. It also allows for the development of interactive software which could be viewed in a web browser.


Flash support is ending at the end of 2020. As of right now, all major web browsers do still support Flash, although in most cases you will have to enable it to view Flash-based content like our training courses.


We are diligently working on a brand-new version of our courses using the latest in Internet technology. We are currently providing our existing Flash-based courses in order to allow agencies, officers, and other interested parties to train and receive official certificates until such time as those courses are ready.


Please note that Flash does not work in mobile browsers such as those found on tablets and phones. We will be adding support for those devices in the new upcoming versions of our training.
