Check and see if you have flash installed.

Go to the following webpage in Safari and click on the Check Now button

If you do not have adobe flash installed on your Mac, please download and install the latest version of flash from Get Flash on the Adobe website or contact your organizations IT department to help get it set it up.

Check which version of Mac OS X you are running.

Before you start, check the version of OS X running on your Mac. To display the version number, choose Apple Menu > About This Mac.


In the dialog box that pops up, check the Versio

  • If your Mac OS X (macOS) version is 11.0 or later, follow the steps in For Mac OS X 10.11 and later 
  • If your Mac OS X version is 10.0 or earlier, follow the steps the section For Mac OS X 10.10 below

For Mac OS X 10.11 and later

    • Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences.

    • Click the Websites tab and scroll down to the Plug-ins section. Locate the Adobe Flash Player entry.

    • Click the check box to enable Flash Player.

    • Select a setting to use for Flash Player when you visit other websites.

    • You can configure Flash for individual websites (domains). Select a website listed in this window, and choose Ask, Off, or On.

    • Exit Preferences after you finish configuring Flash Player.

    • Refresh the browser.

For Mac OS X 10.10 and lower

    • Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences.

      Note:

      If you are viewing Safari in full-screen mode, mouse over the top of the browser screen to see the menu.

    • Click the Security tab. Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected. Click Plug-in Settings.

    • Select Adobe Flash Player.

      From the When visiting other websites menu, choose On, and then click Done.

    • For each website in the list, choose On.
